This is a great opportunity to join a growing paediatric Speech Pathology clinic based in Gladstone Park , near Melbourne Airport. The clinic is led by experienced senior Speech Pathologists, including a Director with over 15 years of clinical experience. The team currently includes Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants, with plans to welcome another two Speech Pathologists as the clinic continues to grow. This role would suit a Speech Pathologist who enjoys working with children, wants a flexible and supportive workplace, and values being part of a team that genuinely looks after each other. About the Role: You’ll work with a varied paediatric caseload, supporting children across areas such as speech, language, articulation, learning needs and developmental presentations. The role is primarily clinic-based, with some local school, kinder and preschool visits where required. Most services are delivered in the clinic, with only a small number of appointments completed externally each week. The clinic is flexible with working arrangements and open to full-time, part-time or contractor options. Hours can be structured around your lifestyle, traffic and clinical preferences where possible.
